Our Philosophy

Here at Giggles we aim to create an environment where we actively promote the education, play and care of the children are diffused into all aspects of our day. We value our partnerships with families as this allows us to extend experiences, skills, knowledge to tailor the care of children and provide consistency.

Education, Play and Care will be appropriate to the needs of children and families regardless of their cultural background or ability.

Primarily our focus on nurturing and meeting the needs of children in our care. We here at Giggles value children’s thirst for knowledge and their curiosity, we believe that it is through play and discovery that children questions are answered and more are asked. We as educators foster and create such an environment where children are provided with enriching, stimulating and valuable learning opportunities.

At Giggles Childcare we pride ourselves on:

• Implementing a child centred program that develops the whole child including self confidence, independence and pro-social behaviour.
• Providing a bridge between care and home and ensure that the links are relevant, nurturing, while welcoming parent’s contribution and involvement.

• Consistently providing opportunities for families and staff to continuously evaluate all aspects of the centre.
• Assisting staff to extend their skills both professionally and personally through extra training.

How We Can Work Together

Giggles recognises that we can only provide quality care and education for children when we as parents and care givers work together and share information. We understand that parents are busy people and have many demands but we would like to extend to our families our ‘Open Door Policy’.
